Salicylic acid can be found in most super markets and drug stores as concentrated salicylic acid solutions or as salicylic acid treated adhesive pads. Another popular hand wart removal solution is the caustic pencil, made of silver nitrate. With both salicylic acid and silver nitrate solutions, one should be aware that it could cause staining or coloring on skin. In addition you also get other hand wart removal solutions as well as tropical creams to treat the infection.
